We ran hill repeats in the Meridale neighborhood, which happens to be where YHC lives. Hopefully the PAX “enjoyed” the change of pace.

As for breakfast…you guessed it. Hash browns and egg whites. I guess I am a creature of habit. You can get an almost 2 lb bag of shredded potato deliciousness for $2 at Aldi. Thats whats up. Once the M got up, we ventured to Barista Craft, which was closed at 7:55 AM. Weird for a coffee shop, but what can you do. We opted for Percantile instead. She got the cold brew with oat milk and I got a chocolate and white truffle coffee drink. Mine ended up being way too sweet, but you live and you learn.
