The Farm is real. He ran with us today. Probably so that Laser would stop asking him to take his shirt off.

No H and YHC both coincidentally showed up a little early and took the shortest prerun ever, logging a whopping half of a mile.

I am enjoying the cruise on Mondays instead of hills repeats, although its hard to find a flat area around here that isn’t the greenway.

Had hash browns and egg whites for breakfast when I got home. Sat on the porch and enjoyed it with the M. Nice and cool this morning.
