Alright gentlemen, and Backdraft, it’s time to get back to normal, or at least move in that general direction.  Provided Gov. Cooper keeps things as scheduled, we should be able to have our next official beatdown on Friday, May 8.  Beatdowns will still be limited to groups of 10 or less and social distancing will be maintained.  If more than 10 pax post, we will have a co-Q who will implement the plan of the Q with a second group. I suggest we keep the 0600 start time on 5/8, but the following Monday we go back to 0530 so you can make it to work on time.  To celebrate getting back to normal, sign up to Q a workout on the Slack channel. We will also start seeing the shovel flag and back blasts again. I’m sure you have been just itching to see all your brothers in the gloom again, so plan to show up Friday morning. TheBurgh is going to have something very special planned for certain. Plus we can see if he has kept his quaren-stash or not.
