Men of MeCa and Beyond:

As the COVID-19 pandemic causes ripple-effects across various institutions and services, F3 Meca wants to be prepared to lead the efforts to help our community through this trying time. We are asking any and all able-bodied Pax to give their HC to be a Response Team member.

What does that mean? Broadly, it means you’re ready/willing to volunteer your time to help with efforts within our local community during this time. We aren’t sure what it means from a detail-oriented space yet, but we know there will be a need.

It may mean stuffing backpacks with food options for underprivileged families who rely on the school system for food. It may mean delivering those food packets to those families across Charlotte and the surrounding areas. It may be making trips to the grocery stores for our elderly community who aren’t able or are anxious/afraid to get out into the world, a world where they may be more at risk than others.
