YHC waited…and waited…and waited for someone else to take the Q last night on Slack. When no one else, did, the planning began. After checking the weather and seeing no rain mentioned, a beatdown was planned.

Into the Gloom we ventured, 8 Pax strong, with a little bit of rain and a lot of wind. But, as YHC had planned nothing but outdoors we exemplified one of F3’s 5 Core Principles: F3 workouts or held outdoors, rain or shine.

After our first round of foot kicks en lieu of fist bumps a thorough disclaimer was given explaining the usual plus our new Covid-19-related precautions. Then off we moseyed toward the back of RRMS via the bus lot, with high knees, butt kickers, @stoli skips, and karaoke thrown in. Once there, we commenced…

At the entrance we partnered up (but didn’t touch). Partner 1 ran to the sand dune and back, while Partner 2 did listed exercise then switch. We repeated each thrice.

We then hopped the fence onto the track and reclaimed our partners. Then, as partners, we partnered up with another group. Each four-man group was the Native American run 200 meters to the other side where you complete 13 merkins. Continue the run back to the start for 13 air squats. As @kleanup noted, this was a MA!

After that lap, we came together for an eight-man native american mosey for recovery. We repeato’d three times.

After the third four-man run, we hopped back over the fence and did our recovery mosey to the front of RRMS for some dry land for…
