8 men on a Monday morning.  Let’s run, shut up Backdraft, hey can we stay near the potty! Java can not believe old men use potties in the morning. Just wait Java when you are 45 years old, things change!

The Thang:

Ran the Kannapolis inner loop all the way back to Mary at a 8:25 pace. Not too shabby! Stopped at Mary for some core workout and sprints. Finished with quick exercises and stretches.

Prayers:

Prayed over all men of F3 and around that God would strengthen and encourage us to be leaders in our community, house, work, etc.

It was an honor to lead!
