YHC was looking to the future last week as we ran the track and did speed work all week.  How could I let this happen as MQ!?  Something must be done!  Well, this week was a Bird run on Tuesday, and with no speed work in sight we headed to the apartments to get in another long run.  13 Dawgs and a dog made a valiant effort and got back on time to close out the route.
