Asked all PAX to get in their car and LEAP to the new Clark’s Creek Community Park.

Mosey on train then to top of playground hill

Ladder of 10 squat jumps on top of the hill, run to bottom and 1 star jump

Repeato until 1 squat jump and 10 star jumps

Two Rounds of obstacle course runs that included:

Leap Frog the “Ant Hills”, Climb to top of rope globe, Box jumps, Dips, Derkins, Cargo Net climb, slide

Box Jumps, Dips, Derkins, Reverse Bear Crawl up steps, slide
