6 men gathered in the heavy, heavy, heavy fog this am for ~5 miles.  The route:

Depart HCES by way of front entrance and hang a right.  Upon hitting Eastfield Rd (who could tell with the fog?), U turn and bring it back in.

• It was really foggy
• The distance was supposed to be 4.5 miles but all logged more than that and closer to 5.
• Mental awareness day.  For anybody who may need a shoulder to lean on or an ear that listens, there are many men here willing to walk with you.  Don’t suffer in silence.
