5 pax posted for a cruise through the fog.  Launched at 5:32 from Tradition.  Shockingly, Sterling was on time, but we waited a couple mins to start for other late arriving pax who may have had a “blowout” or something happen along the way to make them late (see what I did there?).  We ran down to Mallard Creek, turned right and picked up the greenway at the bottom of the hill past the 7-11.  Ran to the Winchester pool, up Armitage, out of Winchester, and back to Tradition.

We talked about mental health and the need to share our struggles and talk to one another.  It can be an awkward subject to bring up, but we need to keep talking about it to reduce the stigma and awkwardness.
