Are we manly men or stupid for running this morning? I’ll leave that up to you to decide.
Truly, there wasn’t a lot of ice on the sidewalks. But, we are in the South, and you know how we do “snow” here.

YHC decided to take an alternate route today to get an even 4 miles, but the new Pocket Park on Benfield proved to be an ice slide of sorts. Luckily, nobody had a blowout…see what I did there. Sterling caught up with us right around the 2nd traffic circle.

There was interesting discussion covering past Superbowl half time shows…or should I say uncovering. You had to be there.

The Friday runs are some of my favorites. The 2nd F is a great way to start our day. It’s also the easiest Q ever, so that’s nice too.
