6 posted Today for some brick work, partner wheel barrels, squirkens and carefully planned laps around the iced over parking lot. Thank you for coming out @kingjulian @peta @Blowout and welcome FNG @Keon and FNG @Andres Toro. I wanted to make sure it was a challenge for Andres and Keon so I pushed myself nearly to the point of puking (aka “spilling Merlot”) But I DID get 4 miles in before the beatdown so I feel good about it all.

Being a bootcamp instructor himself I say we put Keon on the Q list for next month (once he learns the little differences with F3 and sees some other Q’s takin the lead). If you haven’t seen this video take a gander: f3nation.com/getting-started/

We need a name for Andres ASAP, we got stuck and it was his 2nd time! But be warned Andres, no debes dar ideas ni sugerencias para tu nombre al grupo porque desde allí tendremos que darte un nombre horrible. Así son las normas! (Y’all can catch most of this or use Google translate. Once a teacher always a teacher!)
