8 men full of bacon wrapped sausages, chicken wings, pizza, and some say beer from the Superbowl and Woodchuck Day (he did not see his shadow, so early spring for the lower 48 states) met for a beautiful sightly warm morning for a nice run around Kannapolis. Wait! What is that loud noise blowing its horn and pissing everybody off? Thebes was intrigued as to who could make that much noise at 5:30 in the morning! No it is not the 1987 Domino’s Pizza Noid, but everybody’s favorite Backdraft! He’s back! I guess our village got our Knucklehead back! Okay I am a professional, but not in exercising, so follow me, adjust as necessary. What’s that we need to stay close to a potty because the Brown Trout might come out, okay time to go!

The Thang:

Jogged around the Kannapolis inner loop stopping at Vance for a couple of suicide drills. Back to Mary for some quick exercises and stretches.

Mary:

Let’s wrap this up 5 minutes early and get some coffee!

Prayers:

Prayed over all men of F3 and around that God would strengthen and encourage us to be leaders in our community, house, work, etc. We prayed for the Chester family and Johnson family for their losses of family members.

It was an honor to lead today!
