5 cold souls arrived for a Wed. morning beat down!  Dang can the wind blow any harder and colder! Of course Squid has pants on again.  Who’s the Q, I am, start moving I am freezing!

The Thang:

Jogged to Squid’s Shangri-La (behind K-town’s city building complex)  Did not stop moving, performed a cornucopia of exercises to stay warm while half the group ran the oval brick circles for a timer. Switch! 10 minutes left, Gunny said I’m cold are we running? Of course let’s run through K-Town, Gunny wanted to run back to Mary. As we are running, Firechicken brought up the Kannapolis Wrestling Tournament Dad who tackled the kid who slammed his son (posted all over social media), not cool Barry! It is a high school wrestling match, chill out. Lesson learned, 34 seconds of stupidity and emotions will probably change your life.

Mary:

Let’s wrap this up 5 minutes early and get some coffee, okay 2 minute plank. Jenn the coffee lady here we come!

Prayers:

Prayed over all men of F3 and around that God would strengthen and encourage us to be leaders in our community, house, work, etc. Of course we prayed for Grandmaster and his quick healing (really think the fart sack would not let hi go!)

It was an honor to lead today!
