13 Pax decided to brave the 20 degree temps and join YHC for the second of 6 consecutive Q’s.  Tootsie was even able to convince an FNG to show up to one of my beatdowns in 20 degrees, a very brave soul indeed.  YHC decided to do a little hill work and combine a number of the PAX favorite exercises into one beatdown.  Retread was happy to learn that I would be bringing one of his favorite exercises from yesterdays Mettle to today as well.  There was a bit of a mutiny from the start when YHC called crawl bear, but overall everyone seemed to enjoy the beatdown.

F3 Winter Gala – planning has been going on behind the scenes…but no matter how much or how little planning we do, it will still be an excuse to drink with your friends so it will be a lot of fun.

Hugo is collecting backpacks again this year.  Let’s support him in his mission trip to Nicaragua.
