Big shout out to the city of Charlotte, Mecklenberg County and StoneBridge Church for creating a micro park on the Church’s property. Part of the park experience are basket ball hoops in the parking lot. While staring at an open Q slot on the the 16th, checking weather to see a 60 degree day in the middle of winter, and all i can think of is #and1 and the fun we could have playing basket ball.
So….. Basketball it is. Slight teaser the night before and 6 PAX post for an F3 version of basketball.

Game Rules
Points scored are a cumulative total and are not assigned to a particular team. The team that scores gets to select an exercise of their choice, the team that gets scored on, does burpees, rep count for both the scorer and scoree equals the total number of cumulative points generates by both teams at the time of a successful shot.
Play to 16, 1/2 time
Play to 10, time out, game is over. Everyone wins with that many burbees before sunrise.
