Five men gathered in the parking deck and wondered if Squid was going to take them on a run in the rain, thunder and lightning. Firechicken was not scared, Grandmaster on the other hand was, so Squid changed run day around Kannapolis into Suicides in the parking deck.

1. Mosey to the 5th floor twice with different ways to warm the legs and hamstrings

2. First round of Suicides

3. Mosey to 5th floor again with a stop along the way for Murkins.

4. Second round of Suicides 

5. Break in the rain, let’s run to City Hall

6. Back to mary because of rain let’s finish with some core workout.

7. FNG Tyler has been knighted as Risky Business welcome him with open arms and brotherly love!
