YHC was still hurting from Pharaoh’s beat down on Wednesday, and knew that the Dawgs did not need any track or peak to peak work today.  So we had 3 choices, The bird, The apartments, & the Rocket.  The Rocket Run hadn’t been run this year, so I figured why not?!

In the end 10 men got a little better, and got anywhere from 4.5-5.5 miles.
