The QIC was tasked with addressing a minor nightmare issue with his 2.0, so he was running a little bit behind this morning. Coming in hot! LET’S DO THIS!!!

Mosey around the parking lot. QIC wanted to get the blood flowing early, so let’s stop halfway for The Motivator (starting at 5). Finish the mosey back at the entrance

Low slow squat x 10
IW x 10
Hillbilly x 10
Good morning x 10
Windmill x 10

1. 7 of Diamonds
7 burpees…run to the parking circle…7 more burpees…run back
14 merkins
21 air squats
28 low flutters

2. Circuit Circus
With one pax serving as timer (running to the parking cirlce and back), everyone else rotated through the following exercises:
Kettlebell swings
Goblet squats
Triceps ext

3. Jack Webb
1 merkin, 2 air press
2 merkin, 4 air press
Went up to 5 merkins, and then counted back down to 1

LBCs x 20
Pretzel crunch x 10 (each side)
WW2 x 10 oyo

1. I’m not sure if it was the same lady that called us a “Handsome Man Convention”, but someone came out and called us “Rockstars” today
2. Another good job of recruitment by everyone. We are planting good crop. The harvest is coming!
3. Great seeing Father Mulcahy back out there!
