We had a later start this morning (0700) to work off some our Christmas Cookies. Thanks to Blowout for making it out this morning! We clocked about 2.5 miles between pain stations.

This is my last post of the year as we will be traveling over New Years. The Davis Lake AO and F3 have meant a lot to me this year (although I only started posting here in October), and have encouraged me and pushed me in my fitness.
