Day 1: Run to Carousel and Back
Day 2: 10 yard Lunge Walk
Day 3: Apollo Ono’s (4C)(Audible per Homeland but Q likes and thinks it will stick)
Day 4: Broad Jumps
Day 5: Pull-ups
Day 6: WWIIs
Day 7: Knee Raises
Day 8: Burpees
Day 9: Peter Parkers
Day 10: Goblet Squats
Day 11: Core Killers
Day 12: Mountain Climbers (4C)
If you complete day 12 sing the last verse again.

Moleskin: Fantastic turn out with the combined Kannon and Concord beat down. I wrote this workout after my first year in F3 and has certainly become in of my favorite along with Football workout. The workout allows ample opportunity to encourage and/or push fellow Pax. The workout builds on itself as you go and each year I always look at my watch around day 6 worrying this is going too quick but then reality sets in once you hit the 8 Burpees. Apollo Ono’s added a nice winter sport to Day 3 while Day 9’s Peter Parker’s have ideal placement before Burpees. Frosty, Java jumped early to set the pace quickly followed by Fire Chicken and Homeland. They along with a couple others completed the song while other pax got deep into day 11 or 12. Prayer time allowed us to lift up our adoptive families and others struggling during this Christmas season. We also continued prayer for Mighty Mouse as his father passed this week. We have much to be thankful and I pray each of us recognize our greatest gift with the saving grace of our Lord Jesus Christ. Cofeteria had great conversation per normal. Men I thank you for your support this year and hope that I can give you back a fraction of what you each do for me. Make a point to post a couple of times this week as we each have a slightly lighter work schedule and the kiddos are off school.
