After the standard disclaimer, I asked who in the Pax knew the F3 credo.  There was a variety of answers, some which were close.  I had to tell the Pax, the credo is, “leave no man behind, but leave no man where you find him”.  With that, I said today we were going to workout as a pack of 7.  There would be no six, because we would all be in the lead and all be the six.  With that, as a group we moseyed to the warmarama.

Together, we did the following exercises. There was no counting. No lead, no six. The Pax did everything as a group.

After Mary, I asked the Pax for the F3 Credo. Most remembered “leave no man behind.” So I asked, how did we do? Did we leave men behind? “NO” was the resounding answer. “Wrong” I replied. We left behind every man who was not here. We allow these men to make excuses and not come to F3. It is our responsibility to encourage them to come out again. We named men who at one time were regulars, but who seldom post. I handed out F3 business cards and asked the Pax to write a note one one side inviting them back and leave the card in their mailboxes. We may have left these men behind, but we will not leave them there. We will keep encouraging them to join us in the gloom.

I hope to see them again.
