Cinderblocks of fun at the Vet
3 pax showed up for a cinderblock beatdown Saturday at the Vet. YHC was out of ideas but asked Chum to bring his cinderblocks and we came up with a workout that brought plenty of pain.

Each of us carry 2 CB’s down to the playground.
First Round – Descending Reps 10,8,6,4,2
-Merkins with CB’s
-Mike Tyson’s against tennis wall
Second Round – Descending Reps 10,8,6,4,2
-Thrusters with CB’s (squats then shoulder press overhead)
-Box Jumps on paver wall
Final Exercise – a quarter mile fast paced walk with both cinderblocks
A big thanks to Chum for bringing the blocks and also providing some guidance for the workout. Silas did a hell of a job and then 1 hr later ran his 5k. Many TClaps of respect. It was great to spend an hour with my buds, shooting the bs, and getting beatdown all at the same time. Looking forward to doing it again soon!
