2 PAX were willing to take the DRP and post on this fine morning.  No Q was signed up so YHC took the spot since Stifler has his VQ on Thursday.

We warmed up

We ran 2 miles

We stopped at numerous side streets along the way to do various exercises.

We got startled by some dogs.

We had great conversation.

We did some Mary.

We finished with COT.

We missed the rest of the DL PAX.
