MOLESKIN: Tuesdays are always a big crowd it seems. Great group.  Deer tick sends his regards from the briar patch.

It’s Thanksgiving week and man do we have so much to be thankful for.  Clean water, food to eat, heat in our homes, electricity, good schools for our kids, shelter at night, beer for Hops and Luther, clothes to wear, shoes too, a hot shower, a TV to watch, our sports teams to obsess over, a beautiful Church to worship in, highways without cows or sheep on them, medical care when we are sick, lawyers when we get in trouble with Mounties agents,  a democracy that changes without bloodshed, freedom to choose our own destiny.  And we did exactly nothing to get all of it. It was a gift from HIM and some would say our forefathers that got feed up with religious oppression in Europe and said I’ll take my chance drowning in the Atlantic Ocean going to an unknown rumor of a land over this.  So I say to you.  Enjoy this Thanksgiving week and especially this Thursday with your loved ones, children, and families. Never forget how blessed we are and to remember who gave you the gift and that the secret to happiness is passing the gift to others.
