We launched from our normal street corner and ran the loop. Went down West Avenue to do a couple of suicides up Vance Avenue. Once all the pax was done with that, they were instructed to hit every cross walk on West Avenue but run faster than they normally do and recover on the way back. Once everyone had finished, we headed back for COT.
