Checking off the List

Eleven in total were ready to go for YHC’s Wednesday morning The temps were considerably warmer than a week ago. We started with the disclaimer and did a couple of loops around the parking lot and circled up for the warm-o-rama:
- SSHs (25 IC), Windmills (15 IC), Pickers (15 IC), Toy Soldiers (15 IC)
The pax headed to the dumpster area to pick up a block and head across the street to the medical plaza lot to start checking things off of the list. YHC poached this BD from Kannon’s Catfish, with some modifications. After the instructions, we were off.
- On the first day of Christmas, my brothers gave to me, a burpee, followed by a stroll to the speed bump and back.
- On the second day of Christmas, my brothers gave to me, two Arm Curls with a block and a burpee, followed by a stroll to the speed bump and back.
- On the third day of Christmas, my brothers gave to me, three WWIIs, two Arm Curls with a block and a burpee, followed by a stroll to the speed bump and back.
- On the fourth day of Christmas, my brothers gave to me, four Monkey Humpers, three WWIIs, two Arm Curls with a block and a burpee, followed by a stroll to the speed bump and back.
- On the fifth day of Christmas, my brothers gave to me, five Broad Jumps, four Monkey Humpers, three WWIIs, two Arm Curls with a block and a burpee, followed by a stroll to the speed bump and back.
- On the sixth day of Christmas…. well YHC doesn’t have time to type this out, so here’s the rest of the days: 12 Skull Crushers with a block, 11 Mountain Climbers, 10 Squats, 9 Shoulder Presses with a block, 8 LBCs, 7 Merkins, 6 Bend Over Rows with a block, 5 Broad Jumps, 4 Monkey Humpers, 3 WWIIs, 2 Arm Curls with a block and a burpee, with strolls after each round.
We finished up and paired up for a couple of laps around the building with a game of Catch Me if You Can. Then across the street we headed to the pavilion. Everybody grabbed a bench for the following:
- Dips (x10), Derkins (x10), Step-ups (x10 each leg), One-armed Merkin (x10). A lunge walk around the benches followed each action.
Wrapping things up with a little Mary:
- Freddie Mercs (x10 IC), Dying Cockroaches (x10 IC), Low Flutters (x10 IC), 30 second plank and that’s a wrap!
Announcements: Santa Scramble 5K to kick-off the Concord Christmas Parade on Saturday at 2pm. Easy 5K route with lots of F3 MeCa pax participating.
Guinness has the Q this Saturday at Afton.
