So 9 strong on a Tuesday morning yhc saw that mr. uecker was Qing on Thursday and we all know why. So yhc thought let’s do his favorite track work. Yhc was thinking about what kind of track work to do and in his head it seemed not confusing but I was way off. Just want to say thank you @hop hunter and @f3pharaoh for keeping it somewhat organized. So we started with shaking hands with the person to the left that ended up being the right (we’ll get to know our left and right soon) then that was our partner for this round. One went one way the other went the other than turn around. After doing that we did one lap fast and one lap slow. Then we did a light jog around the parking lot. If anyone read this I hope you can understand it because I just confused myself. Have a great Tuesday everyone.
