THE THANG

Divided up into groups of 2 PAX

PAX 1 – Starts at top of U with first of four pain stations. PAX 1 RUNs the U CCW around to next station. PAX 2 starts at opposite end of U and RUNs CW around the U back to the other end and to pain station 1. When ever the PAX meet on track drop and do ascending ladder of burpees. (2,4,6,8,10,8,6, etc.) When PAX 1 gets to end he runs back to start with RINSE and REPEAT.

MOLESKIN:

1. It is unwise to choose a 30 year old PAX named JAVA as your partner if you are almost 55. He will run you down like a hunted animal. I’m still hearing foot falls as I write this 2 days later after having run for my life so as not to be lapped. I succeeded but barely. His new alias F3 name..RUNSLIKEDEER

2. This workout was invented by SPUD. I really like it because you never stop moving. We covered over 3 miles today with 40-50 burpees with tons of core.

3. The people I most want to emulate are those that are always steady. Their highs are not too high and their lows are not too low. Even keeled. I am not always successful but I am trying to be a better man every day. I make mistakes but I try to learn from them as I move on and I also forgive myself when I shank it OB.  I remember that Jesus loves me when I fail.

4. The Heels beat Duke yesterday. The most crazy ending to a game. We were going to win easily after a great pass downfield late in the 4th quarter only to fumble on their 5, and then we were going to lose with Duke on our 1 after some squirrelly penalty calls,  and then a miracle happens as they throw a pic on a bewildering Tim Tebowesque jump throw. Ran into Hipbone at the game with his homies from days gone by.
