THANG: 6 different mini workouts in memory of the greatest and longest pillow fight in ACC collegiate football history.

OT 1 – Kackalackachoochoo x 3

OT 2 – Bent Jacobs Ladder on Hill 216 ( At bottom do 1 Vup/ At top do 7 Merkins ) Go up to 7 Vups and down to 1 Merkin running Hill 216 between each set.

OT 3 – Suicide Relay of 50 meters – Divide PAX in 2 groups, AYG run up and back in parking lot.

OT 4 – Derkins and High Skips at Belk Lot – Pair up, 1 PAX does Derkins going to combined count of 50 as PAX 2 high skips as timer to light pole and back, switch, some got close to 100 derkins before time called.

OT 5 – RUN.  Phidip sets pseudo 8min pace for PAX to mosey back to AO Rock Pile from BELK. Phidip has a very fast 8 min pace. Note to self. Never ask Phidip to set pace thinking it will be 8 min.

OT 6 – Rock Pile. (Curls, Skull Crushers, Push Press, Up Right Row with stone/paver/cinder blocks)
