Was a perfectly crisp morning, 41 according to iWeather.  5 pax showed including the MQ to plant the flag and 5:30 off we went.  Short disclaimer provided.

Warm-a-rama

Mosey down the newly renovated West Avenue.  Added in some toy soldiers, lunges and inchworm merkins.  Traffic light this morning so we circle around the round-about for warm up:

• SSH x20
• Cotton Picker x10
• Hillbilly x10
• Mountain climber x15
• Merkin x10
• Windmill x10

Bear crawl around circle and add in 10 jump squats.  Repeato.

Thang

Start with 5-man Cacka lacka choo choo.  3 or 4 reps gets us up to an alley that I didn’t know was there, although I knew there was wall space available.  So, we do People’s Chair with air press x20.

Mosey up the hill a bit to the intersection, more wall space available for regiment of:

• BTTW (roughly 15 seconds)
• Donkey kicks x15 single count
• Merkins x15 single count

Mosey back around round-a-bout.

Back to alley for People’s Chair with can-can x20.

Back to the wall again for, BTTW, Donkey Kicks, Merkins x10.

Visit picnic area in lounge area of West Avenue for some dips x15 and box jumps x10.  Q came close to needing dental work so will modify next time.  Add declines x10.

Back to alley for People’s Chair with air press x20.

Back to the wall again for, BTTW, Donkey Kicks, Merkins x5.

Dips x10, lunges this time x10 each leg, and declines x10.

Begin trek back to deck with choo-choo, not quite the same spring in our jumps as earlier but no issues, shoelace on Squid’s shoe was flopping around a bit.

Good being out with you this morning, fellas, hope you got your money’s worth.  West Ave is looking good there, lots of opportunities for fun and frolic, Grandmaster noted that city planners did not have foresight to add pull up bars as an amenity to the renovations.  The Burgh, hopefully shoulder gets to feeling better, but if related to turning 40, that’s probably not going to reverse itself anytime soon.  Squid, wins the longest shoelaces contest, had to be there!  Beef, thanks for the chauffeur ride back home.
