YHC is not a Canadian but lived close to the border for some time. So in honor of yesterday being Canadian Thanksgiving YHC decided the reverse bird with some flare would look most like a hand drawn Turkey! So with 5:30 upon us 6 runners and 3 Rucker’s who were already rucking when we got there set out for a great run! Fantastic job by all the dawgs today. Cool temps makes for some good PR times. Remember that it is starting to get colder and to make time to stretch as to avoid a pulled muscle. Thanks for the opportunity to lead today!
