16 men came out on this crisp fall morning for a midweek beat down. It’s great to have new brothers along with brothers returning from taking some time out. A very brief disclaimer was given and we were off into the gloom.

- Run to top of hill complete 7 Burpees, return to bottom of hill.
- Run to top of hill complete 6 Burpees, return to bottom of hill.
- Run to top of hill complete 5 Burpees, return to bottom of hill.
- Run to top of hill complete 4 Burpees, return to bottom of hill.
- Run to top of hill complete 3 Burpees, return to bottom of hill.

Mole Skin
- Lock your vehicles as there have been some reports of items being stolen from open cars in the subdivision. They better hope the F3 crew doesn’t catch up to them!
- We need a volunteer to represent Skywalker on the Gremlin planning team. The event was great this year and is sure to be even better next year.
- Come out Friday for Overdraft (VQ) and Black Sheep (co-Q). It’s sure to be good!
