Where Are They At?

All BackBlasts Backblasts

October 6th, 2019 By Gunny

2 PAX joined the QIC this cooler foggy morning. The cooler weather was welcoming, but the QIC needed at least 1more PAX for the planned beatdown. Where was everyone, did the QIC put the wrong time in the PreBlast, had the time changed, or had they all gone missing? So plan B was in affect, the Q made it up as we went along. We headed to Veterans Memorial to get started.

Warmaroma

Everyone triangled up, since we didn’t have a enough to circle up.

SSH x 20 IC

Cotton Pickers x 10 IC

IST x 15 IC

The THANG

The first stop AL Brown, group triangled up for 3 sets of variations of Merkins, Lunges, and Core.

Next stop, was over by the old middle school for another 3 sets of variations of Merkins, Lunges, and Core. As we headed to our next stop we pulled up at the G Vegas’ residence for SSH x 10 IC in the front yard. It seemed he was still in the fartsack. Cadence was called quietly not to wake G Vegas 2.0.

Next stop was a 5/3rd better. We triangled up for 3 sets of variations of Merkin, Lunges, and Core. Catfish said we got 166.7% stronger there.

Back to Veterans Memorial to finish up our last round.

We traveled about 3 1/2 miles, about 150 Merkins, 180 lunges, and 180 reps of core exercises.

Prayers lifted for Smith and Wesson’s new grand babies.

YHC was grateful Catfish and The Burgh made it out. We had a lot of good conversation about life, work, and family. Good mumble chatter always makes the time go by fast. The YHC is thankful for the time spent in the gloom with brothers no matter the number.

As always it is an honor to lead.

Aye!
