8 Faithful men and 1 FNG showed up for Monday Runday.  Quick disclaimer and then we launched from Mary.

The Thang:

In honor of QIC’s birthday tomorrow (9/24) we ran the loop in K-town and with some switchbacks we did a total of 4.1 miles.

Returned to Mary with 3 minutes to spare.  Finished off my last day of 40 with 40 LBC’s (IC).

Moleskin: A nice steady pace for a beautiful morning run.  Temps were great but Backdraft still had to take his shirt off (something to motivate the FNG to keep running) there was debate either that was to have him catch up with BD for the view or keep running to stay away.  I would agree with option 2.  A nice run around the loop and with picking up the six switchbacks it totaled 4.1 miles.  There was a nice breeze this morning….heck, Squid didn’t even have to wring his shirt out!!  As always it was an honor to work out with these awesome men.

Prayers: Continued prayers for Red Oak (loss of his father) and Sir Tophams family (wife’s Aunt died in car accident over the weekend)

It was an honor to lead today gentlemen.
