What sounded like the perfect marketing campaign the night before, an inspiring word to move others to action, a call to bond, opportunities to 2nd F, the brotherhood, all things F3, a friendly call out to those who have enjoyed this in weeks gone by, and at 5:30am…………….

OK, so, I can Kettlebell with the Friday Tradition faithful, or maybe ride my bike to Starbucks and meet up with the many PAX mumble-chattering from the night before about meeting up at star bucks, yeah that’s the plan, I’ll do that……. 5:31 a Sterling sighting……. So off we go….

Fun run talking abut where everybody was, BRR, KettleBells, Major Pain sighting along the way.  Pull up to Starbucks, ummm where is everybody………Big Convo on the life of a spider…..That got me back to the Church anyway…..
