Running of the Greenway to our first destination Bakers Creek Park. At least 3 times during the run G Vegas stated this is so cool is this new? No G the greenway has been here for years you need to get out more often!!  Location 1 BCP playground GV stated this place is cool how long has it been here? Long time G! Along the way GM attempted recruiting but gave wrong times and location, geeeez where did we find this guy? (make sure GM has his wedding ring secure) ok boys and girls! 6 excercises 10 reps rotate through 2 times: Pull Ups, Inverted Rows, Hand Stand Push ups, Marlins, Bench Dips, Parallel Bar Dips. G Vegas have a 10 count or his version numbers are hard! Mosey on down the greenway to Location 2 Village Park playground. Along the way G Vegas mam this has to be new, No G! Repeato exercises from Location 1. Perdy Cake 10 count we will say to exercise his teacher skills! He found lots of fractions to extend count!!!  The Long Mosey to Mary G Vegas says this is really fun I should do this more often! Duh G! Was that Game boy ? Yep! All PAX arrive to Mary looking strong for a short broga session before time was called!!

Gunny and BD planned the switch a roo to show GM he has no control over us! Gotcha! It was truly brutal weather for a beatdown but all were strong and pushed through to completion albeit soaking wet. TClaps to Paddy Cake! Big man held strong stating that is as long a run as hes done at one time in many years!!! Good Work! G Vegas stated he was making a commitment to post going forward! Wait wait!!! DeJaVu!! All over again haven’t we heard this before?? Hmmm! We shall see.
