Lots of assistant Q’s posted this morning, the help is always appreciated. Osceola re enrolled in F3, nice decision, ONJ out grunted all previous beatdowns of the   2019 season, Trailmix had no I idea what the ladder counts was all morning, but his improv skills were flawless. It’s always good to workout next to Sterling, his one liners dissing all other PAX are priceless, IF, you are close thought hear them.

Prayer request, Man Down’s Dad, battling a broken hip and dementia, for his Mom wife and kids as they navigate this new version of life.  John Riley as cancer becomes more Aggressive or prayers need to match up, please pray aggressively. If you know John, make time to go visit this week or next, he loves visitors and with school starting it’s a particularly rough week.
