6 of MeCa’s finest came out to enjoy a little heel work (that is not a typo, apparently that is how YHC pronounces “hill”).  The route was Fairvista to Beauvista in reverse to Skyline in reverse.  The humidity was out, Glock created another body of water in the Highland Creek Elementary School parking lot, FIA ladies were out in force with a nod to Poutine’s workout from yesterday as they were running laps and taking names, and we were all huffing and puffing by the end with the slow group coming in at a 9:09 pace.  It felt like we were running in a sauna with the combination of the heat and humidity, but we all felt like we accomplished something in the end.  Great work guys.
