Island Travel (but just around the parking lot)
All BackBlasts BackblastsAugust 13th, 2019
Seven HIM from the Boondocks AO enjoyed the hot and steamy weather this morning for some island travel (sorry – this was the parking lot version) at Boondocks – The Village. YHC rolled in at 5:20 AM to be greeted by the early arrivers (Baby Face is so fast with his pre-run that he is getting in extra early, Hard Plastic is always punctual and Pixar was just very eager to get started) so the flag was planted by YHC while Banksy, Motown (back from Jamaica) and Thick Burger (back from his work/golf excursions : ) arrived, disclaimer was given and off we went.

- Great push by everyone this morning – it was hot and humid with lots of sweat and hard work and no quit! Today’s beatdown was intended to keep the group together while allowing rabbits to move quickly while no one was left behind with lots of encouragement and support.
- Continued t-claps to Hard Plastic who has not missed a Boondocks workout since he started with F3!
- Enjoyed this morning – thanks everyone for coming out. It is lways an honor and privilege to lead this group!
