YHC showed up a few minutes to 5:30 to see some Dawgs stretching and some banter. Heard a rumor dr suess was supposed to show but alas #FakeNews. As 5:30 was upon us I didn’t realize Hop Hunter had reached out on slack about not making it. So with being told that YHC called an audible and decided the Bird run it would be. All Dawgs did great today. Glad to see Dial Up out pushing himself. Tug Boat was strong as ever today. Way to keep up Mayhem. Yellowcake and Torch got some good miles in and thanks to Hokie Pokie for rounding up the six. We even had a sleepy Sighting on the run…. BTW pharaoh he still is wearing the light you gave him.

Great job today by everyone! You guys make me push myself everyday to be better! Don’t get discouraged and Don’t give up! Keep it up and you will be amazed at what you can accomplish. The workouts don’t get any easier but you will get stronger
