All The Dawg House Backblasts

August 2nd, 2019 By Rob Choromanski

Imitation is the most sincere form of flattery so QIC copied the 1st beatdown he’d been to and modified it as necessary.

Preruck with Kojak was fun as always. Got to know the man behind the HIM. 2 miles done with 30 pound ruck.

Disclaimer given then Mosey to the blocks. Several stragglers followed the trend set by Dr. Suess of alarm clock malfunction. Beating the fartsack is step 1!

Moleskin: I never considered myself a workout warrior, never understood the people that are. F3 is just different than everything else. Waking up and fighting through The Suck is all because of the encouragement I get from each of my brothers. Muscles strengthened, faith deepened, friendships bonded. Makes every time worthwhile. Thanks for the friendly banter today especially. Always makes me laugh. In the words of the great theologian, Talladega “Peace out, homies!”
