One more soupy morning to meet in the Gloom Fantastic Four gathered plus one guess who the one is? We were extremely confused that we’re together without a shovel flag see the mole skin for explanation strangely enough we didn’t have to wait chicken strip was on time also see the mole skin and in case you’re still wondering yes the Fantastic Four plus one would be Grandmaster! It is truly amazing how good things have been and how smooth they have operated without the presence of our mq maybe he should just stay on a permanent vacation!

Mosey to City Hall circle the flags, for a round of Jack’s – Reverse Plank, Plank, Seal, SSH, Jack Web

Mosey to Veterans Park Circle of Honor. 2 ladder exerces ascending and descending – Jack Webbs and Core Killer / KGB’s  mosey to Dale for 2 more ladder exercises Wall Jumps or Steps / Squats and Dips / Toe touches from dip position, mosey back for rinse and repeat until Mary called! Mosey to Mary!

Another soupy morning in which the men of Mighty Kannon cut through the humidity for a stellar beatdown. All men including Grandmaster put forth a strong effort we all stayed together and were able to get the ladders to a 4-7 split Before Time was called. Mileage was close to three miles for all. It’s been a rough week due to the heat but all men put forth a great effort.

General prayers were lifted up for all members in attendance and not. The flag was strangely absent due to coming down with a case of the pink eye. We encourage the flag to stay home until it was healthy and without Contagion. All will know that chicken strip is getting better about showing up with a minute to spare and that is a major accomplishment! Once again an honor to lead and a great way to start a day by getting the burn on and being encouraged by the Brotherhood!
