Nine of MeCa’s finest came out for a Rolling Stone guest Q.  YHC had the Q last week at The Dawg House and decided to be lazy or is it efficient and did a carbon copy of the beatdown.

YHC did the disclaimer and then off to a mosey to pick up our presents, a shiny gray block!  We walked over to the basketball court for the warm-o-rama.

Warm-o-rama:

• SSHs (25 IC), Hairy Rockettes (15 IC), Hillbillies (15 IC), Windmills (15 IC)

The big thing:

The pax carried their blocks back to the lot, for instructions on the 12 Days of Christmas.  YHC picked this up from a Catfish BD last December in Kannon, with some modifications.  After the instructions, the Christmas tunes playing, we were off.

• On the first day of Christmas, my brothers gave to me, a burpee, followed by a lap around the lot.
• On the second day of Christmas, my brothers gave to me, two Arm Curls with a block and a burpee, followed by a lap around the lot.
• On the third day of Christmas, my brothers gave to me, three WWIIs, two Arm Curls with a block and a burpee, followed by a lap around the lot.
• On the fourth day of Christmas, my brothers gave to me, four Broad Jumps, three WWIIs, two Arm Curls with a block and a burpee, followed by a lap around the lot.
• On the fifth day of Christmas, my brothers gave to me, five Monkey Humpers, four Broad Jumps,  three WWIIs, two Arm Curls with a block and a burpee, followed by a lap around the lot.
• On the sixth day of Christmas…. well YHC doesn’t have time to type this out, so here’s the rest of the days:  12 Skull Crushers with a block, 11 Mountain Climbers, 10 Squats, 9 Shoulder Presses with a block, 8 LBCs, 7 Merkins, 6 Bend Over Rows with a block, 5 Monkey Humpers, 4 Broad Jumps, 3 WWIIs, 2 Arm Curls with a block and a burpee, with laps around the lot after each day.

Each pax completed the 12 days and several were a few days into a repeato from the first day until time was called.  We returned our blocks and gathered for Mary

• KGBs (x10 IC), Crunchy Frogs (x10), Homer to Marge, Pretzel Crunch (10 each leg/arm)

Always good to head out west to visit Rolling Stone.
