7 PAX joined the QIC, posting on this warm muggy morning. Since the MLB All Star Game and festivities were going on the QIC thought a Baseball themed work out was in order. So the Boys of Summer moseyed over to Switzerland to begin Warmaroma.

The THANG

PAX moseyed to the normal parking lot and used the 4 corners to convert into a baseball diamond. Here’s how it went down. PAX hit the circuit by starting with a single, run to 1st base do the exercise run back to home plate. Next hit a double, run to 1st do the exercise, then run to second do the exercise, then go back to first then to home plate. No exercise on the way back, just run the bases in reverse. Next at bat a triple, you get the point:

At bat – 1 Burpee a single, 2 Burpees a double, 3 Burpees a triple, 4 Burpees a homerun

1st base – 10 Shoulder Tap Merk’s

2nd base – 20 Freddie Mercs

3rd base – 30 single leg Reverse Lunge (Danielsons)

Homerun – 40 SSH

Repeato

2 1/2 rounds or innings completed: 2.3 miles, 100 Shoulder Tap Merkin, 140 Freddie Mercs, 60 Reverse Lunges, 80 SSH, and 23 Burpees.

Prayers lifted Goonie’s wife mission team meeting up with Trick Daddy in Brazil, Sir Topem’s mission team and other missing teams headed out for the summer, Danny Scott (friend of Red Oak, Gunny, and Backdraft) medical condition, Anvil and Chicken strip doing the Bear. Praise for Grandmaster job situation.

8 was a good number this morning with several regulars on vacation or mission trips. YHC has been watching a lot of baseball this summer and like several of my brother PAX is a big Braves fan. Chatter seemed to be to a minimum until Mary which leads the YHC to think air was a valuable commodity in the humidity this am. It was good to see Flea and Steel Cannon back out during the middle of the week. The Respects showed up strong with BackDraft and Red Oak. Firechicken and The Burg looked liked they had their beach bodies ready.

As always it is an honor to lead.
