9 men started their week off right with a Monday run.  It was hot.  It was humid.  It was a Monday.  Plenty of reason not to show, but the fart-sack was successfully fought off by 9 and off we went.  We ran the normal route through the Legacy apartments.  We were running a bit behind schedule so I tried to skip mount Afton, but Hop Hunter would hear none of that and hijacked the Q (“if we hurry we can get it done”).  We came in a little late, plenty overheated and wet but better off for showing.  Great work gentlemen.

Prayers for all those on the mend so they can get back out. Praises for our freedom and prayers for those who don’t have their freedom.  Prayers for Talledaga, Knuckle Sandwich and Turbine on mission trips this week.
