6 PAX posted for some Saturday BC fun.  YHC put it on the Slackisphere that the mornings shenanigans would be a Volleyball match F3 style.

After some Warmarama (SSH, IST, AS, MC x 15 IC) we moseyed to the sandbox and picked teams.  Biker Dude promised he and his dad, Schoolbus would put a whopping on everyone and offered to play 2 on 4.  Schoolbus quickly shot that down and then proceeded to pick the most athletic PAX present to be on his team.

Three games ensued with Biker Dude, Schoolbus and 2Step besting Softwood, Febreeze and YHC each game.  One game went to the victors as a 16-14 win.  Each time your team was scored on, your team performed the penalty exercise

Game 1 penalty = 10 Merkins

Game 2 penalty = 5 Burpees

Game 3 penalty = 20 Mountain Climbers
