14 unwitting PAX joined the Q today for a rock driven beating.  Muggy 65 degree temps only added to the agony.  This is how it went down.

Warm Up

• Mosey down to front lot near mall drive for generic warmup #2
• SSH x 20 (IC)
• Hillbillies x 10
• Cotton pickers x 5
• Arm Circles
• Mosey back up to AO rock pile for…

THANG

Count off into groups of 3 in the upper lot near where the rocks are kept.  Each group gets a paver and a cinderblock.  The block goes to the pax at the bottom of the lot, the paver is carried by the timer, with the Pax at the top of the hill free as a bird.

4 exercises on each end with rep totals cumulative for each group of 3, timer lunge walks with paver to top, jogs with paver to bottom:

Top of Lot:

• Burpees x 100
• Squats x 200
• Alternating v-ups x 300
• Merkins x 400

Bottom of Lot (all exercises w/ rock):

• Manmakers x 50
• Goblet Squats x 100
• Weighted v-ups x 150
• Block merkins x 200
• LBCs x 250 (rock free audible)

And go until time called @ 6:09, return rocks and head to…

Mary:

• Boxcutters x 15
• Crunchy Frog x 13 ( IC, Q lost balance)
• Superman/Ironman
• Light Broga

Moleskin:

Sweatfest today.  Good times.  Many sweat angels.  Much griping.  Q didn’t care, Q happily doing burpees and million man merks watching the PAX suffer.  Predictably, the squad of Frosty, Private Ryan and Lil Shute led the pack, but everyone got a rep filled beatdown and most were sopping with sweat when time was called.  YHC wanted to make sure the PAX could still get a solid sweat despite little running and that goal was accomplished.  The extra paver on the lunge walk/jog was an on the way to the beatdown audible, and the LBCs a quick addition when I realized the dream team was going to knock out the block pushups.  Q was confident nobody would get past the 400 merks and was proven correct.

Mayweather grabbed Indy’s hog during a block exchange, this was not part of the Q’s instruction, but as El Ab would say, “modify as needed”.  For those who need to read again: Mayweather grabbed Indy’s frank and beans.  Indy didn’t finish.

Good to see Waterboy posting regularly, and welcome to Tombstone, formerly FNG Will Staton.  We don’t always split 150 burpees and 600 pushups, so keep coming back.  It doesn’t get easier, but you’ll find your capability to handle the difficult increases substantially.

Prayers continue for Luthor’s 2.0 in Columbus getting his GI situation in order, missing girl in Concord, and remember to contribute to CVAN, I believe a link is going to be posted in the Slack channel.  Sorry to all those who brought flags to retire, but the gravitational pull of BD’s fartsack was too strong.  Good coffeeteria was had by all, where we discussed the mystery of who patronized Captain D’s, among many other important topics where solutions for world domination were discussed.
