9 HIM posted on a humid May morning for a near 5-mile run. YHC showed up a minute late and began running the wrong way on his own route; priceless. YHC thought he may have bitten off more than the PAX could collectively chew, but boy was I mistaken! Most runners logged over 5 miles over our 45 minute time together. The whole crew is getting faster everyday but that’s not to say The Valley will not be accommodating to all speeds; we run together. Come on out!

The route took us from the greenway at Corvian Elementary to Fairmead Dr, to Silver Birch Dr, to Mallard Creek Rd, to Mallard Creek Church Rd, down Claude Freedman for a quick segment, and back on David Taylor to our launch spot. YHC attempted the Claude Freedman downhill 0.5-mile segment again only to come up 4 seconds short of Landlord’s record of 3:03.  I had a blast; thanks for running with me!
