11 PAX went back to school, Ridge Road Middle that is, for a return of Velocity speed work on the track.

YCH was the first car in the lot but I walked up the hill to find Brutus already there on his bike.  A few more PAX rolled in on time and within 5 minutes of launch time we went from 4 to 11 PAX.  The speed work went something like this:

Warm up stretching and 800m mosey

2 Laps of sprinting the straights and walking the corners

400 fast / 400 mosey (X2)

800 fast / 800 mosey (X2)

RECOVER! RECOVER!

Announcements:

Time Laps at Whitewater Center this Friday night at 7PM to Saturday at 7PM.  Come and run laps with Landlord.  Clown car Saturday Morning.  Check slack.
